Giới thiệu
Chính sách này giải thích ứng dụng di động Arion HUD (của Arion Auto) thu thập, sử dụng và chia sẻ dữ liệu như thế nào. Ứng dụng dùng để kết nối với màn hình hiển thị trên kính lái (HUD) Arion One, tuỳ chỉnh nội dung hiển thị, cập nhật firmware và dẫn đường.
Bạn không cần tạo tài khoản để dùng ứng dụng. Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tên, email hay số điện thoại của bạn.
Dữ liệu chúng tôi xử lý
- Vị trí chính xác — chỉ khi bạn dùng tìm kiếm, bản đồ hoặc dẫn đường và khi ứng dụng đang mở. Vị trí được gửi đến máy chủ dẫn đường của chúng tôi (nav.arionauto.net) và nhà cung cấp bản đồ HERE Technologies để tìm địa điểm, tính lộ trình và hiển thị bản đồ. Ứng dụng không theo dõi vị trí khi chạy nền.
- Bluetooth — để tìm và kết nối với HUD Arion của bạn, gửi cài đặt, bố cục màn hình, chỉ đường và bản cập nhật firmware. Ứng dụng đọc mã thiết bị và phiên bản firmware của HUD.
- Dữ liệu chẩn đoán — khi ứng dụng gặp lỗi, báo cáo lỗi (loại thiết bị, hệ điều hành, phiên bản ứng dụng, chi tiết lỗi và các bước dẫn đến lỗi) được gửi đến Sentry để chúng tôi sửa lỗi.
- Dữ liệu sử dụng — thống kê ẩn danh về cách dùng ứng dụng (ví dụ màn hình đã mở, bắt đầu dẫn đường, kết nối HUD) qua Google Firebase Analytics, kèm mã cài đặt ứng dụng và thông tin thiết bị.
- Thông tin kỹ thuật khi tải xuống — khi ứng dụng kiểm tra hoặc tải firmware (firmware.arionauto.net) và bản đồ ngoại tuyến, máy chủ nhận địa chỉ IP, mẫu HUD và phiên bản phần cứng/ứng dụng như một phần của yêu cầu mạng thông thường.
Dữ liệu lưu trên điện thoại
Cài đặt, HUD đã ghép, bố cục đã chọn, ngôn ngữ, bản đồ ngoại tuyến và tệp firmware đã tải được lưu trên điện thoại của bạn. Mã chủ sở hữu HUD (nếu có) được lưu trong kho bảo mật của điện thoại. Gỡ ứng dụng sẽ xoá các dữ liệu này.
Mục đích sử dụng
Chúng tôi chỉ dùng dữ liệu để cung cấp các tính năng của ứng dụng (dẫn đường, kết nối và cập nhật HUD), sửa lỗi và cải thiện ứng dụng. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu của bạn, không hiển thị quảng cáo và không dùng dữ liệu để quảng cáo.
Chia sẻ dữ liệu
Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ giúp vận hành ứng dụng: HERE Technologies (bản đồ, tìm kiếm, dẫn đường), Cloudflare (máy chủ và lưu trữ), Google Firebase (thống kê sử dụng) và Sentry (báo cáo lỗi). Họ chỉ được xử lý dữ liệu để cung cấp dịch vụ cho chúng tôi. Chúng tôi có thể tiết lộ dữ liệu khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Lưu giữ
Máy chủ của chúng tôi không lưu lịch sử vị trí hay lộ trình của bạn; nhật ký yêu cầu vận hành chỉ được giữ trong thời gian ngắn. Báo cáo lỗi và thống kê sử dụng được lưu theo thời hạn mặc định của Sentry và Firebase.
Quyền của bạn
Bạn có thể từ chối quyền vị trí hoặc Bluetooth trong cài đặt điện thoại (một số tính năng sẽ không hoạt động), gỡ ứng dụng để xoá dữ liệu trên máy, và liên hệ chúng tôi để yêu cầu truy cập hoặc xoá dữ liệu liên quan đến bạn.
Trẻ em
Ứng dụng dành cho người lái xe và không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 16 tuổi.
Bảo mật
Dữ liệu được truyền qua kết nối mã hoá (HTTPS); kết nối Bluetooth với HUD được mã hoá và các bản cập nhật firmware được ký số.
Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này; ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang sẽ thay đổi theo.

About this policy
This policy explains how the Arion HUD mobile app, published by Arion Auto, collects, uses and shares data. The app connects to the Arion One head-up display (HUD), customises what it shows, updates its firmware and provides navigation.
You don't need an account to use the app. The app does not ask for your name, email address or phone number.
Data we process
- Precise location — only when you use search, the map or navigation, and only while the app is open. It is sent to our navigation server (nav.arionauto.net) and to our map provider, HERE Technologies, to find places, calculate routes and show the map. The app does not track your location in the background.
- Bluetooth — to find and connect to your Arion HUD and send it settings, screen layouts, directions and firmware updates. The app reads the HUD's device ID and firmware version.
- Diagnostics — when the app hits an error, a crash report (device model, OS, app version, error details and the steps that led to it) is sent to Sentry so we can fix it.
- Usage data — statistics about how the app is used (for example screens opened, navigation started, HUD paired) through Google Firebase Analytics, with an app-instance ID and device information.
- Technical data with downloads — when the app checks for or downloads firmware (firmware.arionauto.net) or offline maps, our servers receive your IP address, HUD model and hardware/app version as part of the normal network request.
Data stored on your phone
Settings, your paired HUD, your chosen layout, language, offline maps and downloaded firmware are stored on your phone. A HUD owner token, if any, is kept in the phone's secure storage. Uninstalling the app deletes this data.
How we use data
Only to provide the app's features (navigation, connecting to and updating your HUD), to fix problems and to improve the app. We do not sell your data, show no ads, and do not use your data for advertising.
Sharing
Data is shared only with service providers that run parts of the app for us: HERE Technologies (maps, search, routing), Cloudflare (servers and storage), Google Firebase (usage analytics) and Sentry (crash reporting). They may process it only to provide their service to us. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
Retention
Our servers keep no history of your locations or routes; operational request logs are kept only briefly. Crash reports and usage statistics are kept for Sentry's and Firebase's standard retention periods.
Your choices and rights
You can deny location or Bluetooth permission in your phone's settings (some features will then not work), uninstall the app to delete its data from your phone, and contact us to request access to or deletion of data relating to you.
Children
The app is meant for drivers and is not directed to children under 16.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS); the Bluetooth link to the HUD is encrypted and firmware updates are digitally signed.
Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date at the top will change when we do.
